Prescott Area Iris Society (PAIS) sponsors its annual “Kaleidoscope of Color, Prescott’s Festival of Iris” in April; an exhibit free to the public featuring stunning arrays of iris flowers and floral arrangements. This popular event is attended by visitors and gardeners from across the state. On display are over 100 varieties in every imaginable color featuring irises from PAIS members’ gardens. The public is encouraged to vote for their favorite irises and arrangements. Prizes are awarded for the winning irises. Potted iris plants are available for purchase in a multitude of colors. These sales support our Community Outreach Programs. Demonstrations will be given on the care and planting of iris, printed growing instructions will be available, and members will answer your questions about growing iris. Check our calendar for details on days and times. For more information contact: president@prescottirissociety.org.
